Purpose:
Restarting the device can help resolve common issues related to responsiveness, feedback, or charging. Follow the steps below to perform a full reset.
โ When to Restart a Device
You should restart a SoterCoach device if:

The device is not beeping or vibrating, even during risky movements
-
The device did not start automatically at the beginning of the shift
-
The device shows no battery response (no beeps when button is pressed or when charging)

The device was scanned, but no session appears in the dashboard
-
The device appears to be frozen or unresponsive
-
The device is continuously beeping or making unexpected sounds
๐ How to Perform a Full Restart

Charge the device in the Hub for at least 2 minutes
-
Disconnect the device from the Hub

Press and hold the device button
-
While holding the button, reconnect the device to the Hub (USB port down)
-
Keep holding the button for 45 seconds
-
Release the button
-
Wait 30 seconds โ the device should restart and play a startup sound
