Purpose:
Wearing the SoterCoach device correctly is essential for accurate risk detection and effective coaching feedback. This guide shows the correct placement for the Spine, Shoulder, Headset, and Helmet programs.
🧍 Spine Program – Collar Placement

Where: Clip the device to the back collar of a t-shirt or high-vis vest.

How: Align it with the spine’s midline, with the button facing outward.

Avoid: Loose or thick clothing that causes the device to dangle or shift.
💪 Shoulder Program – Armband

Where: Between the shoulder and elbow on the dominant arm (unless the non-dominant arm is more active).

How: Button facing outward, USB port facing down.

Tip: Always wear on the same arm each day of the program.
🎧 Headset Adaptor

Clip the device securely to the side of the headset.

Ensure it is firmly fixed so it doesn’t move during activity.
⛑ Helmet Adaptor

Stick the Velcro pad to the back midline of the helmet.

Snap the device into the adaptor.
-
Press the adaptor firmly against the Velcro to lock it in place.
