Purpose:
If the SoterCoach Hub shows a “Token Expired” message, it simply means it needs to be re-authorized with a fresh QR code. This is quick and easy to resolve.
🔄 How to Fix an Expired Hub Token

Log in to the Soter Dashboard as an admin or champion user

Navigate to the Activity Page

Click “Generate QR Code” for the Hub

Print or download the QR code

At the Hub, scan the QR code using the tablet interface
Once scanned, the Hub will refresh its token and resume normal operation.
✅ Best Practices

Only one Hub token should be active per location — avoid scanning on multiple devices

If multiple Hubs are used across sites, label QR codes clearly
