To change the job role assigned to a user, follow these steps:
- Select the checkbox next to the user(s) whose job role you want to update.
- Click the User actions button located above the user list.
- Select Link to entry.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying a list of available job roles. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find a specific role.
- Select the desired job role.
- Click Link to entry to confirm.
✅ The selected job role will replace the user's previous role.
