🗓 Daily Workflow Overview
Each day of the program, workers follow a simple routine with the SoterCoach device to build safer movement habits and contribute to long-term injury prevention.
📲 1. Start of Shift: Taking a Device
At the beginning of their workday, workers will:
- Tap “Start work shift” on the SoterCoach Hub touchscreen.
-
Log in using a method defined by your organization:
- Scan a QR code
- Enter a login ID
- Scan an employee badge
- Scan the QR code on the back of the selected device.
- If it’s their first session, they will:
- Choose a program (spine or shoulder), depending on company settings.
-
Attach the device correctly:
- Spine Program → clipped to collar
- Shoulder Program → secured on armband
🔊 Optional: Workers can adjust the device's beep volume by pressing the button until they find the desired level.
📉 2. During Shift: Wear and Learn
- Wear the device for the entire shift.
- Respond to haptic feedback (beeps and vibrations) by adjusting posture or movement.
- On Day 1, no feedback is delivered — this establishes a baseline.
- From Day 2 onward, feedback activates and typically peaks, then reduces as the worker improves.
- After Day 3, improvement scores begin appearing in the Dashboard.
📈 3. End of Shift: Returning the Device
At the end of their shift, workers will:
- Tap “Finish work shift” on the Hub.
- Scan the device QR code.
- Dock the device in the Hub (USB port down) to charge and sync data.
- Optionally, they can:
- Review daily progress
- View hazardous movements, improvement highlights, and trend insights
- Leave feedback about their experience
💬 Tips for Success
- Collect worker feedback during and after the program to reinforce engagement.
- Encourage reflection on progress to help sustain ergonomic improvements.
