Activity Page
đź“‹ What Is the Activity Page?
The Activity Page in the Soter Dashboard provides detailed insights at the individual worker level. It helps you monitor program progress, evaluate risk improvement, and manage user-specific actions like QR code generation.
🔍 What You’ll See on the Activity Page
Each row on the Activity Page corresponds to one worker (or anonymized user) and displays:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name / Anonymized Name | Either the employee’s full name or anonymized ID, depending on your settings |
Risk Group | Their current vs. starting risk level (high, medium, low) |
Job Role & Department | Role or department assigned to the worker |
Program Type | Spine or Shoulder program participation |
Days Completed | Total number of completed program days |
Hazards per Hour Change | Progress in average hazardous movements per hour |
Program Start Date | When the worker began their program |
Last Session Date | Most recent active session |
Current Status | Whether the device is currently being worn |
Medals Earned | Recognition of completed milestones during the program |
🏷 QR Code Management
If your site uses QR codes for login on the Hub, you can manage them directly here:
- Select one or more workers using the checkboxes.
- Click User Actions → Generate QR Codes.
- Choose to Print and Save.
This helps streamline check-in/check-out processes for program participants.
When to Use This Page
- Monitoring progress and engagement at a granular level
- Identifying who’s improving and who might need coaching
- Managing participation logistics like login credentials
- Ensuring completion of program milestones
