Primary Owners and Workspace Owners have the ability to add, remove, edit roles, and transfer primary ownership of the company account through the "Members" section in your Workplace settings.
The Members list will show users who have accepted their invitation. Clicking the three dots on the right hand side of their name will provide the option to update their role (between member or owner), transfer primary account ownership, or to remove the user from the Workspace.
Pending invites lists users who have been invited to the Workspace, but haven't joined yet. Clicking the menu option on the right-hand side will provide the option to update their invitation (change their role), or remove the invitation.
