Primary Owners: The trailblazers who set up your SoterAI account. They handle all the billing, oversee every workspace across the company, and invite new members to join the team.

Owners: These are the workspace superheroes. They manage billing and roles and have the power to invite both other owners and new members within their specific workspace.
- Members: The valued team players. They manage their own profiles and can invite additional members to their workspace, keeping everything running smoothly.
User roles can be changed at any point by Primary Owners and Owners within the "Members" section of each Workspace.
