Workflows in SoterAI are guided, template‑driven processes that structure repetitive EHS tasks—like hazard assessments, incident analyses, or audit report generation—into a series of configurable steps. Rather than starting from scratch each time, you pick a template, supply inputs, and let SoterAI produce consistent, audit‑ready outputs.
1. Workflow Structure
Each workflow consists of three core components:
Inputs: Data you provide—photos, documents, incident records, or free‑text fields.
Steps: A sequence of AI‑powered actions and form prompts (e.g., “Identify hazards in this image,” “Summarize policies in this document”).
Outputs: Final deliverables—reports, checklists, summaries, dashboards, or exportable files.
3. Running a Workflow
Navigate to Workflows → Browse and select a template.
Review the workflow overview, including required inputs and expected outputs.
Click Start Workflow.
Provide any requested inputs in the form, or upload files as needed.
Monitor progress in the live status view—SoterAI will execute AI steps and display intermediate results.
Download or share the final output when the workflow completes.
4. Customizing & Saving Variations
Adjust Parameters: Many steps let you tweak prompts, set regional settings, or choose output formats.
5. Best Practices
Start Specific: Choose the template that best matches your task—e.g., use Hazard Identification PRO for detailed hazard catalogs.
Leverage Data Sources: For Pro and Enterprise users, link relevant documents or risk registers before running workflows to enrich results.
Workflows turn complex, manual EHS processes into repeatable, AI‑driven routines—helping your team work faster, more accurately, and with full compliance confidence.
