Purpose:
If a user sees that their SoterAI invitation link has expired, they will not be able to access the workspace until the invitation is updated.
🔄 How to Update an Expired Invitation
Only workspace admins (usually the company champion) can update invitations.
Here’s how:

Log into the SoterAI dashboard

Navigate to the Workspace Settings section (usually found on the left hand tool bar)

Click on the Members tab under Workspace Settings

Find the user with the expired invitation under "Invitations" at the bottom

Click the three dots and “Renew Invitation” next to their name
This will immediately send a new magic link to the user via email.
