In this session, we explored how the Strategic Coordinator serves as the central orchestrator of an AI ecosystem — not doing the work itself, but planning, delegating, and integrating the efforts of many specialized agents.
The system breaks complex tasks into smaller, atomic subtasks (Task Decomposition) and runs them simultaneously (Parallel Execution), using over ten sub-agents for faster, higher-quality results.
These agents include:
General Sub-agents for analysis, reasoning, and research
Canvas Sub-agents for document creation and formatting
Web Search Sub-agents for retrieving fresh, up-to-date data
The key takeaway: speed through parallelism and quality through specialization — showing how orchestrated intelligence can dramatically improve both workflow efficiency and output depth.
