Creating & Managing Your Organization

During signup you’ll be prompted to provide:

• Location (country/region)

• Industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Construction)

• Priority regulations (e.g., OSHA, SafeWork Australia)

These details help us tailor safety workflows and compliance checks to your needs.

As soon as you finish signup, SoterAI automatically creates an organization for you—no extra steps needed. Your organization will use your profile inputs (location, industry, regulations) to configure relevant defaults.

 

Editing Your Organization Name

If you’d like to change the organization name later:

1. Click Settings & Members → Organization Settings in the left nav.

2. Click the pencil icon next to Organization Name, enter your new name, and click Save.
