What are Workflows?
Workflows in SoterAI are structured, step-by-step processes that help you complete safety, risk, and compliance tasks—like ergonomic assessments, policy reviews, and incident analysis. They combine data capture with embedded AI that guides decisions, flags risks, and produces shareable reports.
Workflows are currently pre-built by SoterAI. You can choose from a range of Standard and Pro workflows, each designed for real-world use cases across safety and operations. For some workflows, you can select a specific regulation for SoterAI to focus on when analyzing and generating results.
Accessing and Using Workflow History
SoterAI saves the full history of every workflow you run—so you can revisit, track progress, and continue where you left off. Workflow history includes:

To view workflow history, click the History link at the top of your workspace. From there, select a past workflow to review or continue it. This helps teams stay accountable, repeat successful processes, and ensure no task gets lost.
