SoterAI is structured into three main levels: Organization, Workspace, and Sub-Workspace. This hierarchy allows for clear management of users, settings, and data flow across the platform.
1. Organization
•Definition: The highest level in SoterAI, representing the billable entity (i.e., the company or client).
•Responsibilities:
•Company Owners at this level can view all associated Workspaces and Sub-workspaces.
•Can manage billing, subscription status, and high-level administrative settings.
•Responsible for creating the first Workspace within the Organization.
2. Workspace
•Definition: The core operational level where users actively work with AI-powered tools (Chat, Workflows, IQ, Action Dashboard, etc.).
•Key Points:
•Managed by a designated Manager, who can invite users, create Sub-workspaces, and configure the Workspace’s AI (IQ settings, regulatory matrices, etc.).
•All data, IQ documents, and regulatory rules set here automatically apply to any Sub-workspace below it.
3. Sub-Workspace
•Definition: A specialized “child” of a Workspace, designed for more focused or refined settings.
•Key Points:
•Inherits foundational data and settings from its parent Workspace but can override or refine them as needed.
•Ideal for teams or departments requiring tailored AI configurations while still aligning with the broader Workspace and Organization’s rules.
Data Flow and Hierarchy
•Data Flows Down: Information stored at the Organization or Workspace level cascades down to any Sub-workspaces beneath it.
•No Cross or Upward Sharing: Data is never shared sideways (across parallel Workspaces) or back up the chain (from Sub-workspace to parent Workspace). This ensures clean separation of data for different teams, departments, or projects.
Why This Matters
•Security & Control: Each level has distinct roles and permissions, ensuring that only authorized users can access or modify certain data and settings.
•Scalability: As companies grow and add new teams or projects, Sub-workspaces can be easily created without disrupting existing structures.
•Clarity: Whether you’re a Company Owner overseeing an entire enterprise or a Manager focusing on a single project, the hierarchical model provides a clear view of everything under your purview.
