At Soter, we strive to make our products as simple and user-friendly as possible, and the Workflows product is no exception. This guide will walk you through the steps to start and complete a Workflow using SoterAI.
Step 1: Navigate to the Workflow Tab
To begin a Workflow:
1. Select the Workflow tab from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Choose a Workflow
Within the Workflow tab, you will see a menu of available Workflows. Currently, the options are:
•Hazard Identification
•Policy Review
•Hazards Identification PRO
•Ergonomic Assessment
Step 3: Start the Workflow
*Some workflows may require you to select from a dropdown menu before you start the workflow. These just change some details about what is done within the workflow. In this example, it's asking the user to dictate the regulations they want to be used.
1. Click the Start button.
Step 4: Complete the Required Actions
You will be taken to a new chat screen where a message will appear, instructing you on what to do in Step 1.
For example, it might ask you to upload a photo or video.
After you complete the required action for that step, SoterAI will guide you through a series of questions, steps, or clarifications to ensure it has all the necessary information to perform your analysis. It does this with natural language so that it's never confusing or ambiguous about what information it needs from you next.
Step 5: Provide Additional Information
Before SoterAI begins its analysis, it will ask if there’s any additional information or context that may help it perform the job better. This allows you to:
•Guide the AI to perform the work in a specific way.
•Provide extra details that enable the AI to deliver the most accurate results.
Step 6: Review and Refine the Report
Once the Workflow is completed, the AI will generate a report that you can download. Additionally, it will ask for feedback, giving you the opportunity to:
•Request changes to the answer.
•Provide additional information.
This feedback loop allows SoterAI to improve its response meaningfully.
Iterative Improvement
If SoterAi doesn’t get it right the first time, you can instruct it to try again with additional context. This iterative process means you can interact with the AI multiple times until you are satisfied with the response.
Conclusion
By following these steps, you can effectively use SoterAI Workflows to analyze against various regulations and obtain accurate, customized reports. The interactive nature of the AI ensures that you can refine the output to meet your specific needs.
